I really hate baseball. No offense to the baseball lovers. I grew up with a baseball brother, so I was constantly at baseball games when I was a kid. But I was given baseball as my theme for this blog post and I did my best. Baseball items are woefully lacking in SL, it seems. I did find this cool bat, which I can apparently hit people with. Purple is my favorite color. Even so, I realized I actually don’t have very many clothing items that are purple. I’m not sure if that’s because I’m picky about the shades of purple I like best or if I just hadn’t found very much that I loved yet. I spent some time at Equal10 earlier today and while I was lagging around, I saw this dress and immediately fell in love. I’ll be honest, I didn’t even demo it. This shade of purple is iconic (at least to me lol). If you’re not a huge fan of purple, but like the dress, have no fear, there are tons of other colors. Oh, and it comes with panties, so, still no coochie shots over here. Luckily for me, my next stop was ACCESS, where I found these boots, which come with or without stockings and look pretttty cute. I feel like I have substantially stepped up my purple game today. What do you think? Till next time…
Everyone that knows me knows that I’m obsessed with Lord of The Rings. I have read the books more times than I can count and seen the movies more than that. My absolute favorite thing to do on a Friday after work is roll up a joint and start Fellowship, Extended Edition, of course. A couple months ago, I saw a FB post about Bruchtal @ Star Light, and had to check it out. TPing in here feels like walking through a secret portal to Rivendell. Take the winding path down the side of the mountain to The Shire for Bilbo’s 111th birthday party. You can even set off fireworks. It’s truly a fantastical area and if you’re a huge LoTR nerd like me, you will probably love it, too. But even if you aren’t a LoTR fan, it’s really worth seeing. I have spent so much time exploring this area the past few weeks. Be sure to find the leaf boats by the waterfalls for some really great pics. I feel like I am always finding something I didn’t see before. Some of my best times in SL have been here. I hope you’ll enjoy exploring it, if you go. Till next time…

Another day, another blog post it seems! I had some free time this morning, so I decided to try and get another post done before the day gets away from me. I picked up these super sheer tights from friday while doing some weekend sales shopping, which for me, was amazing because I have been struggling to find any I like for awhile. Yay! Today I spent some time at Missing Melody This sim is so quaint and cozy. I haven’t had the chance to do any decorating this year for Autumn, so I’m really enjoying finding the sims that feel wrapped in a warm blanket and served with hot apple cider. Of course I realized you can join the group for rezz rights after I’d already taken a picture elsewhere, but now I’ve joined in and you will probably see some more pics from this sim. Till next time…
I can’t believe…yes I can. I was going to say, I can’t believe it’s been a whole year (almost) since I last did this. But I actually can. It’s been a hell of a year for me. I lost my RL mom in March after spending a month and a half as her direct care hospice worker. Not only was I extremely busy and basically a dumpster fire during that time, understandably, I think, but I was out of state, so out of SL for a couple months. Shortly after that, I suffered a catastrophic injury at work and had to relearn to walk over the summer. I spent the majority of the Summer of 2025 between physical therapy sessions and SL sessions. My sis, Millie, and I bought our own sim and we’ve working on at, very slowly, for a few months. It has been a lot of fun. We’ve cried about it, in anger and laughter! Also, we have been able to start blogging again occasionally at Side Quest Sisters, which has been a lot of fun. Truth be told, I didn’t intend on renewing this domain, but missed the deadline to cancel it, so here we are. I had a lot of different ideas for this space, but it turns out it was meant to something simple and personal. I’m not sure what I’ll do with this space. But something…
For now, I’ll post my daily looks, which, let’s be real, probably won’t be daily. Bear with me, I’m doing my best. I don’t do a lot of fancy editing, at least not yet. I’m trying to reteach myself some stuff. We’ll see. I’ve gone back to work RL this past week and it’s gotten so chilly, I’ll be dressing like Mollie (formerly known as Mazzy), minus the heels, of course.
